Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. A 4% restocking fee applies. U.S. customers can use a BRU-provided return label for a $10 deduction or return at their own expense. International returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s cost. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days once approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Final sale items, gift cards, and promos are not eligible for return. View Details
